East Juniata held the advantage in shots on goals by a 7-3 margin while Huntingdon led in Corner opportunities.

Easy Juniata goalie Emily Carolus had two saves while Bearcats goalie MiKayla Cummings had five.

Overall record: 3-14, League record: 0-8.

This was East Juniata’s last game of the season.

“The girls finished the season strong with a win!  They played great with the condition of the field and adjusted well to bumps and divots in the field.  I was really pleased with the passing tonight.  The passes connected to teammates and the girls went from one end to the other.  The girls all played together and the win was a team effort,” said East Juniata coach Harley Straub. “It is great to send our only senior, Laney Dowling, off with a win.  Freshman Karah Goss finished the passes from junior Kyli Dowling to score both of the goals.  I have to give credit to the defense who stood strong in the last few seconds of the game and after time was expired to finish out corners that were called.  Sophomore Kaylyn Walters secured the win for us when she stole the ball and took it out of the circle to end the corner.  I am proud of all of the girls and how they played this season.”
