Lady Eagles end regular season with win over Jersey Shore

In their last game of the season, the BEA Girls topped Jersey Shore 10-4.

Winning pitcher on the night was Maddie Peters. She allowed eight hits, two strike outs, four runs and only two earned.

Top hitters for the Mountain League Co-Champions were Mara Hockenberry(2 hits), Meagan King (double), Maddie Fisher (2 hits double), Maddie Perry (3 hits double), Autumn Tobias (Triple) and Kaleigh Kinley (double).

“It was a good game all around, got timely hitting up and down the lineup with runners in scoring position,” said Bald Eagle coach Don Lucas. “Peters pitched another good game handling the hitters through out the game.Played very good defense from start to finish.”

Next game Monday the 20th ,4:00at home against Penn Cambria. First round of district play.
