Lady Huskies fall to Cumberland Valley

Despite opening up with a 4-0 lead on Cumberland Valley, the Mifflin County Softball team fell in a shoot out 10-7 on the road Wednesday.

The turning point of the game was a 6-run second inning that lifted the Eagles to a 6-4 advantage.

From there, Cumberland Valley added one run in the third and fourth.

Though the Lady Huskies rallied back to score three more runs late in the game but it was too little too late as they fell to the Eagles.
