Lady Trojans put away Huntingdon in six, 15-5

The Mount Union girls got back to its winning ways after a loss Wednesday to a very tough Central team. Thursday, the Lady Trojans took only six innings to take care of Huntingdon, 15-5.

McKenna Shields picked up the victory on the night going six innings, allowing three earned runs on eight hits.

Mount Union has five players with two hits. They were; Kayden Crisswell, Karrigan Woodward, Morgan Brumbaugh, McKenzie Boozel and Payton Low.

Boozel and. Brumbaugh both went hard for the Lady Trojans in the win.

Mount Union broke the game open early with four runs in the first and second innings and never looked back.

In the fifth, Mount Union all but put the game on ice, plating five.
