Late Thursday result: Bald Eagle boys score late to top PO
The Bald Eagle Area boys soccer team found itself down 1-0 but rallied back in the second half to defeat Philipsburg-Osceola 2-1.
“We were down at half 1 to 0
At the 43;08 mark we scored to tie the game up Goal by Shane eveleth assist by Dillon Barnyak,” said Bald Eagle coach Jason Bair. At the 62:56 Barnyak scored on a half volley from the top of the box from Marshall Brooks.
With win, Bald Eagle ups its record to 6-2.
The Eagles’ next game is Saturday against St. Joes at home at 11:45.
