MCJH Girls soccer shuts out West Perry 3-0.

Defense took center stage for the Mifflin County Junior High girls varsity soccer team as it defeated West Perry 3-0, Thursday night. 

Goalie Bailey McNitt saved three and kept West Perry frustrated for the entire contest. 

Mifflin County outshot West Perry 10-3 while both teams had two corner opportunities. 

Ella Kammerer got the scoring started after she picked up a pass from Aubrey Strohecker and sent it home only 17.27 into the game.

Sarah Henry notched goal number two when she was assisted by Sadie Fike 31.32. 

Rounding out the scoring was Aubrey Strohecker as she blasted an unassisted goal with 44.45 into the contest. 

In the JV Game, West Perry nipped 

MCJH 1-0.

Mifflin County got five shot on goal and had Six saves by the combination of Paige Shugarts and Summer Shuey.
