Mifflin County girls roll over UD 11-0

Mifflin County11, Upper  Dauphin 0

The Mifflin County girls’ soccer team blasted its way into scoreboard Saturday as it controlled the contest, winning 11-0 over Upper Dauphin. 

Jess Bickhart finished with a hat trick scoring four goals in the game. 

Mifflin County outshot Upper Dauphin 28-7. 

MC Goalie Allyssa Schnell tallied seven saves while Upper Dauphin’s Zoe Kennelly saves 17.

The Huskies got the scoring started when Katie Kline hit an unassisted goal with 4:14 into the game. 

Kylee Cubbison set up teammate Sierra Shawver for the Huskies second goal just three minutes later. Bickhart scores the next three goals to put her team up 5-0 with 22:29 into the contest. She was assisted in those goals by Lily Yoder, Kate Knable and Maddie Finkenbiner. 

Finkenbiner got her name on the scoring list posting the next two for “the Purple and Black Attack”.

When the intermission got started, Mifflin County led 7-0. 

In the second half, Mifflin County added goals from McKenna Smith, Riley Johnson, Bickhart, Sierra Shawver.
