Sizzling scoring; MCJH girls soccer dominates Juniata

The sizzling scoring continues for MCJH Girls soccer. Today versus Juniata the varsity team shut out the Indians 9-0.

Defensively, the Lady Huskies limited the Indians to three shots the entire contest. They were all stopped by goalie Bailey McNitt.

Offensively, the Huskies put 20 shots at the Juniata goal. Mifflin County also led in corner opportunities 3-1.

Aubrey Strohecker finished the contest, not only picking up the hat trick, but finished with a 4-goal effort.

Strohecker led off the scoring off a pass from Kate Bickhart at 7:49.

Teammate Brynn Knepp picked up Mifflin County’s second goal thanks to an assist by Strohecker at 13:48.

Strohecker reversed things as she got a pass from Knepp this time, upping it to 3-0 only 14:20 into the game.

Halfway through Bickhart        got the nod as she got a pass from Strohecker at 31:30.

Strohecker  picked up the hat trick thanks to Sarah Henry’s pass at 32:48.

Strohecker  rounded out her evening as she posted goal number four off a Bickhart pass at 33:29.

Kylie Strawser added her name to the scoring list when Sarah Henry found her with an assist at 35:33.

Henry scores the final two goals on the night, adding to the 9-0 score.

There was no Junior Varsity game.
