Update On former MC athletes in college action

Noah Stewart, 184 lbs., defeated Anthony Cable, 6-0, on Saturday at West Point as Army defeated Navy 22-10. Stewart, a junior, is 16-7 for the season and ranked #21 in the NCAA Coaches’ Panel Rankings heading into the EIWA Tournament to be held at Binghamton University (NY) on March 9.
Hayden Hidlay, 157 lbs. defeated B. C. LaPrade, 6-4 on Friday night in Blacksburg as #10 NC State defeated #14 Virginia Tech, 17-16, to claim back-to-back ACC Dual Meet Championships. Hidlay, a redshirt sophomore, is 18-2 for the season and ranked #4 in the NCAA Coaches’ Panel Rankings heading into the ACC Tournament to be held in Blacksburg, VA on March 9.
Trent Hidlay, 174 lbs. is 21-2 for his redshirt campaign claiming titles at the Virginia Tech Hokie Open, Binghamton Bearcat Open, Wolfpack Open, and Appalachian State Open. Hidlay finished fourth at the Southern Scuffle back in January and will close out his redshirt campaign at the National Collegiate Open in Smyrna, DE on March 2.
