Bryan Chilson represented Mifflin County golf today at Sinking Valley Country Club in Altoona for the District 6 AAA sectional tournament. Bryan shot his best score of the season, a 92, which earned him a tie for 20th place. Only the top 10 individuals advanced to the District 6 AAA Championships. So, while his season has come to end, he went out on a positive note, and we are expecting big things from him next season.

State College won the team event with an overall score of 321, beating Altoona by 1 stroke.

Kolbi Knode represented Mifflin County today at Armitage golf club in the girl’s mid penn championships. Kolbi shot a score of 98 which was good enough to finish in the top half of the field.
