CCW makes triumphant return to Lewistown

By Josh Yoder

Twas the fight before christmas and all through Mr.Stax, the fans were roaring to the excitement that is Classic Championship Wrestling.

As always the wrestlers of CCW did not disappoint including a wild and intense main event where Robnoxious and Mr. Ping defeated the Pony Express and the Frat Boyz in a triple threat tag team match for the CCW Tag Team.

The newly crowned CCW National Champion in the I.C.O.N. BJ Walker was also in action. Walker started off the show with a promo welcoming the people of Lewistown, PA to the show. However, Walker was rudely interrupted by Dorian Black who left Walker on the mat.

But Walker would get his revenge as later in the show as Black was wrestling in a handicap match against Kid Khaos and Colby Conrad when Walker made his move and distracted the giant forcing him to lose via count out.

With that out of the way Walker then defended his title against General Keisel where he came out victorious.

Another major match up came in the form of a six man tag as long time Lewistown favorites of Tyler Symz, Malcolm King and Mike Lash aka Team Backlash took on the evil trio of J Savage, Prince Shongo and Suicide Myers. Despite being beaten down early on in the match, Team Backlash fought their way back eventually pulling out the win thanks to a big leg drop from Lash.

Other matches include D-Licous who defeated Ricky Hernandez and Mal Havoc got his hand raised in singles action against Kid Mike.

Fear not wrestling fans, CCW will return to Lewistown in the near future, who knows what they will have in store for 2020.
