Mazda leads St. Joes to strong showing Thursday

The Wolves completed their regular season during their annual Homecoming dual in record-setting fashion against Juniata, Philipsburg-Osceola, West Branch, and Grier School.

Sera Mazza lead the girls by setting a course record of 19:55. She was followed by Lindsey Carmack (2nd), Kate Youngmark (6th), Myah Chappelle (7th), and Sarah Watkins (9th). The senior class finished their HS career undefeated in dual meets.

Carter Kauffman finished second overall while setting the school record with a time of 16:59. Garrett Baublitz won with a course record of 16:30. Josh Hershbine (3rd), Sam Palmer (10th), Aidan Cross (11th), Asa Reynolds (14th), Leland Calistri (24th), and Kadan Shirk (29th) rounded out the scoring for the Wolves. The boys went 2-1 on the day.
