Mifflin County Junior High Girls Varsity soccer holds off Boiling Springs

The MIfflin County Junior High Girls Varsity soccer team battled from beginning to end Tuesday as they topped Boiling Springs, 3-1.

MCJH outshot Boiling springs 11-3

Husky goalie Bailey McNitt tallied three saves.

Boiling Springs led in Corners 4-3.

After a scoreless first 30 minutes,

Aubrey strohecker scored on an unassisted goal at 30:17.

Boiling Springs tied the game at 36:38 when Molly Starner score on a pass from teammate Jenna Bush

Sarah Henry put her team ahead at 2-1 thanks to an assist by Ella Kammerer at 47.20.

Sarah henry rounded out the scoring as she scored an Insurance goal from an assist from Kate Bickhart at 55:50.

In the JV Game ,

MCJH fell to Boiling springs 2-0.

Goalie Paige Shugarts and Summer Shuey combined for eight saves.
