MCJH girls shut out East Juniata 7-0

MCJH Girls soccer picked up another strong performance and another shut out, this time against  East Juniata Friday afternoon.

In Varsity action, the Lady Huskies once again dominated, winning 7-0.

Mifflin County goalie Bailey McNitt was only tested once

MCJH pounded out 17 hits to the Tigers’ one.

MC led in Corners 4-1.

Aubrey Strohecker finished with five goals in the contest, picking up the hat trick.

Strohecker led off the scoring thanks to an assist by Sarah Henry at 12:11.

Henry scored the second on an    unassisted goal at 17:03. 

Strohecker  off a Brynn Knepp assist at 18:26 , made it 3-0.

Later in the second, Strohecker  got a pass from Sophie McCurdy to add to the lead at 49:10.

Three minutes later, Strohecker padded the lead off a Sadie Fike pass at 52:01.

Strohecker made it 6-0 on an unassisted goal at 54:39.

Knepp rounded out the scoring this time from Strohecker at 52:27.
