Juniata girls fall to Line Mountain

The night started well for the Juniata girls basketball team Monday as they opened with a 16-3 advantage over Line Mountain. 

However in the end, Line Mountain rallied back in the later periods to take the 51-44 win. 

Juniata got a strong offensive performance Mya Rush who posted 13 while teammate Malin Kint finished with 10.

Line Mountain outscored Juniata by one in the second period 10-9.

But Line Mountain scored 19 in both the third and fourth period each while holding the Lady Indians to a total of 19.

That would be enough for Line Mountain to take home the victory.
